Nilesh Panchal, PharmD, BA, RPh is a highly experienced and methodical Clinical Oncology Pharmacist with over 20 years of expertise in oncology and hematology pharmacy practice. He specializes in analyzing cancer treatment regimens, advising oncologists on optimal drug dosing, and compounding sterile medications, with a strong focus on delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Nilesh earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He has extensive experience working across leading healthcare institutions in New Jersey, including Holy Name Medical Center and Rutgers Cancer Institute, where he has contributed to clinical research protocols, chemotherapy program development, and interdisciplinary care coordination. He is highly skilled in reviewing oncology treatment plans for readiness, formulating infusion center schedules, securing prior authorizations for oncology therapies, and driving quality and cost-efficiency improvements.

Currently, Nilesh supports our providers and care teams through chemotherapy management, patient education and counseling, prescription verification, and real-time clinical guidance. He is deeply committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based care and personalized treatment support.
