The American Cancer Society and Diamond Ball Planning Committee were proud to announce Maithili Rao, MD founder of Advanced Care Oncology & Hematology Associates, LLC (ACOHA) as the recipient of the 2022 Medical Honoree Award, at the 41st Annual Diamond Ball Gala on Sunday, October 16, 2022. Dr. Rao is one of the region’s top oncologists, having built a high quality oncology practice from the ground up to reach 5 counties in 6 locations with over 20 practitioners. She has been rated New Jersey’s top doctor for over 10 years in a row and has several leadership roles in the Atlantic Health System. Through her many community outreach programs, and active involvement in cancer fundraising, Dr. Rao has built a reputation for delivering consistent, outstanding quality care to her patients and we are thrilled to be able to honor her at our 2022 Diamond Ball Gala.
